Good questions
Straight answers are part of good work.
These answers explain how we think about common roofing decisions. The exact property, scope, access, and written agreement still control the work.

Inspections and decisions
Start with the question the inspection needs to answer.
Does a roof concern always mean replacement?
No. A limited repair, monitoring, maintenance, broader roofing work, or further evaluation may be appropriate. The visible condition and surrounding system guide the recommendation.
What can a contractor inspection tell me?
It can document observable conditions and support a practical construction recommendation within the agreed scope. It is not an engineering analysis, home inspection, or guarantee of concealed conditions.
Is the inspection free, and do I get something in writing?
Yes. A residential roof inspection is free and takes about 30 minutes. You get photos and a plain-language written answer whether or not anything is wrong. Documentation for a specific purpose, such as a home sale, is scoped before the visit.
Repairs and projects
Scope, limits, and changes should be visible.
Why can a leak be hard to locate?
Water can move along decking, framing, underlayment, transitions, and penetrations before it appears indoors. The interior symptom is a clue, not always an exact map.
What should a roofing proposal include?
The included areas, work steps, materials, assumptions, exclusions, property protection, schedule variables, and change process should be understandable before approval.
Can aged materials be matched perfectly?
Not always. Availability, weathering, batch differences, and surrounding condition can affect appearance and compatibility. Any matching limitation should be discussed in the scope.
Is the work under warranty?
Yes. Roofs we install carry a 5-year workmanship warranty on the labor, separate from the manufacturer’s warranty on the shingle product. If an installation detail fails within that period, we repair it.
Do you offer financing?
Yes. Financing is available through a third-party lender for qualifying projects, so a needed replacement does not have to wait on a lump sum. Ask for the current terms when we review the written scope.
Storm and insurance
A contractor explains construction—not policy coverage.
We are a roofing contractor, not a public insurance adjuster or law firm. We can inspect and document roof conditions, provide a construction estimate, and discuss technical information about the proposed work. Coverage, claim, and settlement decisions belong to you and your insurer.
Can you tell me whether insurance will cover the roof?
No. Coverage and claim decisions belong to you and your insurer. We can document visible construction conditions and provide a proposed construction estimate when appropriate.
Service and logistics
The exact request determines the next step.
How do I reach someone fastest?
Call (346) 646-6484. Weather, current workload, property location, and the requested service affect scheduling.
What areas do you serve?
We serve Richmond, Katy, Cinco Ranch, and Fulshear in Greater Houston. Call to confirm the property and requested work.
Should I climb onto the roof for photos?
No. Share exterior or interior photos only from a safe location. Do not use ladders or access the roof to complete a website request.
